- Support logistics planning and process improvement efforts.
- Analyze data to optimize shipping, receiving, and inventory workflows.
- Maintain accurate records and reporting related to inventory and distribution.
- Coordinate daily shipping and receiving activities.
- Assist with the development and maintenance of standard operating procedures.
- Work under supervision while following established guidelines and instructions.
- U.S. citizenship is required.
- Associate's degree or equivalent experience (0–2 years in a logistics or supply chain role).
- Knowledge of standard logistics and inventory practices.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Excellent organizational, time management, and communication skills.
- Customer service oriented with strong team-building ability.
- Experience with shipping/receiving operations.
- Strong recordkeeping and reporting accuracy.
- Ability to follow detailed procedures and maintain high-quality standards.
