Our client, a leader in the nuclear industry, is currently seeking a Finance Systems Analyst for a long-term contract role located in Bellevue, WA.

Overview

This role supports Oracle Cloud Applications and Concur, with responsibilities in system administration, implementations, enhancements, and integrations. The ideal candidate will have experience with ERP systems and strong collaboration skills across departments.

Responsibilities

  • Develop strong working relationships with Finance, Procurement, PMO, IT, Engineering, and other key stakeholders

  • Gather and document business requirements; consult with stakeholders to prioritize, develop, and deploy solutions

  • Troubleshoot and track system and process issues to maintain operational efficiency

  • Manage user access to ensure compliance with policy and procedure

  • Participate in cross-functional teams to provide recommendations on new initiatives

  • Document process flows and standard operating procedures; train others as needed

  • Support Oracle system upgrades and prepare documentation for the Change Advisory Board

  • Manage backlog of ERP-related projects and assist with prioritization and implementation

  • Monitor service desk tickets and address support requests

  • Support weekly timecard submission and approval processes

  • Evaluate and refine applications and processes to maintain system scalability and effectiveness

Requirements

  • Minimum of three years of experience working with financial and/or business systems

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Analytics, Information Systems, Finance, or related field

  • Understanding of business, finance, and accounting functions

  • Experience with SaaS enterprise applications (Oracle Cloud, Concur)

  • Familiarity with ERP process areas such as Order to Cash and Procure to Pay

  • SQL, DBMS, and BI reporting knowledge is a plus

  • Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills

  • Ability to quickly learn new systems and technologies

  • Experience in fast-paced and collaborative environments

  • Demonstrated integrity, respect, and teamwork skills
