eCommerce Help Desk Specialist
Talascend is currently seeking a hybrid eCommerce Help Desk Specialist position with a leading automotive manufacturer located in Warren, Michigan.
Overview
The role involves managing the day-to-day operation of an eCommerce website, providing second-level support, handling customer concerns, and managing IT enhancement projects.
Responsibilities
- Manage the day-to-day operation of the eCommerce website.
- Provide second-level support for the eBusiness and aftermarket support centers.
- Review refund requests and government purchase forms.
- Handle customer concerns and monitor customer inquiries.
- Manage issues that arise with the website and create IT help ticket requests.
- Post maintenance announcements on the site for customers.
- Perform export screening reviews.
- Maintain monthly sales reporting dashboard for management.
- Manage IT enhancement projects and execute user acceptance testing.
- Develop and maintain user support materials for both the field team and end users.
- Maintain monthly aftermarket governance meetings and track records of any issues.
- Support internal global stakeholders and report important information during monthly calls.
- Maintain and manage training course material required for compliance.
- Participate in teams related to service information, technology, and security.
Qualifications
- 2-3 years of experience in automotive aftermarket experience required.
- Preferred: 1 year of experience as well.
Requirements
- Strong experience with Excel and PowerPoint.
- Automotive aftermarket experience required.
- Dealership experience preferred.
- Open to learning new skills.
- May need to work through shutdowns and exceptions due to the customer-facing nature of the role.
Shift
Hybrid: Monday and Friday work from home, Tuesday through Thursday in Warren Tech Center. Daily schedule from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM (flexible).
