Talascend is currently seeking an Inventory Material Handler I for a contract opportunity in Odessa, TX.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Pull parts and equipment for shop operations
Receive incoming parts, materials, and equipment
Move inventory and equipment to appropriate locations within the facility
Track and organize inventory using internal storage and warehouse processes
Utilize computer systems to monitor equipment and parts movement
Maintain accurate inventory and storage documentation
Support daily warehouse operations and material flow activities
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
Previous warehouse, inventory, or material handling experience
Forklift experience preferred
Basic computer skills required
Ability to understand storage, tracking, and inventory control processes
Strong organizational and communication skills
Ability to work independently without constant supervision
Must be dependable with a stable work history
ADDITIONAL INFORMATION:
Candidates should be comfortable performing a variety of warehouse duties beyond forklift operation
Seeking individuals who can take initiative and work proactively in a fast-paced environment
Frequent job changes every few months may not be considered ideal for this opportunity
