Talascend is currently seeking a Business Operations Specialist for a contract opportunity with our client in Englewood Cliffs, New Jersey.

Overview

This role involves overseeing business operations, supporting project management activities, fostering cross-departmental collaboration, and developing process improvements to enhance B2B service effectiveness. The specialist will provide strategic reporting and contribute to organizational goal alignment within a global environment.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee and execute administrative functions, including review and documentation of service plans, project progression, and key discussions.
  • Support project management activities, including report generation, presentation development, and meeting note documentation.
  • Foster collaboration across departments to enhance customer satisfaction and organizational alignment.
  • Assist in preparing strategic reports for senior leadership and global offices, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
  • Develop and optimize B2B service processes in collaboration with stakeholders, leveraging feedback and strategic thinking.
  • Contribute to strategic initiatives and collaborative efforts to meet team targets and organizational goals.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in business management, economics, finance, accounting, or a relevant field required.
  • Bilingual proficiency in English and Korean, with advanced reading and writing skills required. 
  • 5+ years of experience in administrative support, project management, and cross-functional collaboration, with a focus on B2B service planning and process improvement.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
  • Strong project and program management skills, with experience using tools like Smartsheet a plus.
  • Exceptional relationship-building and stakeholder management skills.
  • Strategic thinking and problem-solving capabilities.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Demonstrated ability to perform the duties of this position through relevant experience, training, or education.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with enterprise applications like Smartsheet.
