Talascend is currently seeking a Process Improvement Analyst for a contract opportunity with our client in Phoenix, Arizona.

Overview

This role focuses on driving process improvement and operational efficiency within the organization by analyzing trends, investigating root causes, and implementing sustainable solutions. The candidate will work closely with various teams to streamline processes and eliminate inefficiencies.

Responsibilities

  • Identify trends, recurring issues, and process improvement opportunities
  • Investigate root causes and implement sustainable solutions
  • Analyze data from daily reports on closed tickets and workflows to improve operational efficiency
  • Research and resolve complex or unfamiliar issues
  • Document findings, recommendations, and process changes
  • Collaborate with business partners to streamline and simplify work

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or higher
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in process improvement or operational support
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and documentation skills
  • Self-motivated, curious, and adaptable
  • Ability to work independently and through ambiguity
  • SQL experience preferred, but not required

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with process improvement methodologies
  • Background in data analysis and reporting
  • Excellent critical thinking abilities

The working hours are Monday through Thursday in the office and Friday remote. The role is not remote on weekdays and involves a standard schedule during the workweek.
