Talascend is currently seeking a Warehouse Associate for a contract opportunity with our client in Olathe, Kansas.
Overview
The role involves performing warehouse operations including picking, packing, and stocking materials, ensuring inventory accuracy, and maintaining a safe work environment. The position requires working under direct supervision with routine tasks.
Responsibilities
- Pick, pack, and stock materials and inventory accurately
- Perform cycle counts to ensure inventory accuracy
- Create and process sales orders in SAP
- Stage and deliver materials to production areas in a timely manner
- Maintain organized and safe work environment
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- 2-4 years of experience in inventory, warehouse, or a related field
- Experience working with SAP or similar ERP systems preferred
- Basic knowledge of standard warehouse practices and procedures
- Ability to follow established processes and work instructions
- Demonstrated ability to perform the duties of this position through relevant experience, training, or education
