Talascend is currently seeking a Warehouse Janitor for a contract opportunity with our client in Chino, California.
Overview
This role is responsible for the collection and disposal of facilities and warehouse waste and recyclables, as well as maintaining cleanliness within the facility by removing debris and performing moderate cleaning duties.
Responsibilities
- Collect and dispose of waste and recyclables in the facility and warehouse
- Keep areas neat and tidy by removing debris
- Operate equipment such as floor scrubbers
- Remove rubbish from designated areas
- Notify management of any repairs needed
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Prior experience in janitorial or waste management roles preferred
- Ability to perform physical tasks including walking extensively and operating cleaning equipment
- Demonstrated ability to perform the duties of this position through relevant experience, training, or education
