Talascend is currently seeking a General Maintenance Technician for an opportunity in Wittmann, Arizona.
Overview
The General Maintenance Technician is responsible for general building and track maintenance, including electrical work, plumbing, and AC diagnosis and repair. The role involves operating equipment on site and maintaining data entry and spreadsheets.
Responsibilities
- Perform general building and track maintenance tasks
- Carry out electrical work, plumbing, and AC diagnosis/repair
- Operate equipment such as forklifts, boom and scissor lifts, water trucks, and tractors
- Maintain records through data entry and spreadsheets
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Two or more years of general maintenance experience or equivalent military experience
- Self-motivated, flexible, and able to work with little to no supervision
- Mechanical and electrical skills
- Effective written and verbal communication skills
- Knowledge of MS Office programs including Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint
- Possesses a valid driver’s license and an excellent driving record
