Training Coordinator
Talascend is currently seeking an Training Coordinator for a contract opportunity with our client in Buffalo, New York.
Overview
This role involves coordinating required training for both hourly and salary employees, ensuring training requirements are met, tracking completion, and understanding invoicing processes. The position supports a manufacturing environment focused on the launch of a new engine product.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate required training for hourly and salaried personnel involved in the production launch
- Work with training leads and track training completion
- Understand and manage invoicing related to training
- Communicate effectively with OEMs and internal teams
- Ensure alignment with project timelines and requirements
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree (preferably in engineering or a technical field)
- Proficiency in computer skills, especially Excel
- Strong communication skills
- Willingness to work in a collaborative environment and take initiative
