Mobile Service Coordinator
Talascend is currently seeking a Mobile Service Coordinator for a long-term contract opportunity with our client in Berkeley Heights, New Jersey.
Overview
The role involves managing test and work communication lines and devices for internal departments, ensuring smooth operation of mobile services, inventory management, and project coordination within the telecom or customer service industry.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate and manage SIM card operations including data entry, inventory, activation, cancellations, and re-issuances.
- Input and analyze data to optimize costs and improve operational efficiency.
- Assist visitors and users with SIM card access and VOC reports.
- Coordinate with mobile carriers on contract negotiations and service issues.
- Upload invoices into the internal system and manage communication expenses.
- Manage lifecycle of mobile devices, including activations, repairs, returns, and inventory audits.
- Respond to internal inquiries, troubleshoot issues, and ensure compliance with policies.
- Coordinate sample management for training and testing, including tracking, inventory, and shipping.
- Analyze operational data, prepare reports, and communicate with various teams to ensure project and asset management.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or high school diploma with equivalent work experience
- Must be proficient in both Korean and English (intermediate to fluent level)
- Over 1 year of experience in telecom or customer service industry
- Strong project management skills and ability to prioritize tasks
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications operating in Windows XP
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to develop professional relationships and work independently or in a team
- Willingness to move and lift objects up to 40 lbs.
