Aerospace Systems Engineer
Talascend is currently seeking a Aerospace Systems Engineer for a contract opportunity with our client in Phoenix, Arizona.
Overview
As a Sr. Advanced Systems Engineer, you will play a critical role in the design, implementation, and management of complex aerospace systems and solutions that drive innovation, safety, and efficiency. You will work within cross-functional teams on cutting-edge projects related to aerospace technology.
Responsibilities
- Develop, validate, integrate, and verify system and software requirements
- Design and develop Arinc 661 graphics using Scade (preferred)
- Create test cases for software based on use cases derived from system and software requirements
- Participate in systems integration and verification of core displays applications for next-generation avionics platforms
Qualifications
- Must be a US Person
- Experience with systems/software requirements development, validation, and integration or verification
- Knowledge of Arinc 661 graphics development and experience with Scade is preferred
- Bonus: knowledge of aviation industry regulations and best practices
- Demonstrated ability to perform the duties of this position through relevant experience, training, or education.
