Talascend is currently seeking a Cloud Support Specialist for a contract opportunity with our client in Phoenix, Arizona.
Overview
The role involves supporting product hosting environments or cloud-based platforms, providing ongoing operational support, and troubleshooting enterprise IT systems to ensure smooth operations.
Responsibilities
- Support product hosting environments and cloud-based platforms such as SaaS, migration technologies, or virtual engineering platforms.
- Provide ongoing operational support for critical IT systems aligned with U.S. time zone hours.
- Troubleshoot and maintain enterprise IT systems, ensuring minimal ramp-up time for new or existing systems.
Qualifications
- Experience supporting product hosting environments or cloud-based platforms (e.g., SaaS, migration technologies, or virtual engineering platforms).
- Comfortable working aligned to U.S. time zone hours.
- Demonstrated ability to troubleshoot and maintain enterprise IT systems effectively.
- Relevant experience, training, or education in IT support roles.
