Overview:
Serve as the master time-management authority for the project, responsible for developing, maintaining, and auditing the Master Integrated Schedule (MIS). This role ensures that vendor logistics, engineering milestones, GC construction tasks, and commissioning phases are logically tied to achieve on-time facility delivery.
Responsibilities:
- Schedule Integrity Auditing: Perform advanced analysis of the GC’s schedule submittals (primarily using Primavera P6), rigorously auditing logic links, constraints, critical path health, out-of-sequence work, and total float trends.
- Integrated Master Schedule (IMS) Ownership: Synthesize various sub-schedules—including client network delivery, OFE manufacturing lead times, utility power connectivity, and commissioning phases—into a single, cohesive Master Integrated Schedule.
- Schedule Risk Analysis (QSRA): Conduct quantitative and qualitative schedule risk assessments. Perform "what-if" delay scenario modeling to identify threat vectors to key milestones (e.g., Temporary Power Ready, Building Ready, Server Ready).
- Progress Verification & Variance Reporting: Conduct regular physical site walks to independently verify the GC’s reported progress percentages against actual field conditions, publishing weekly variance and milestone slippage reports.
- Recovery & Acceleration Planning: In the event of schedule slippage, partner with the PM and GC to develop, vet, and implement schedule recovery plans or re-sequencing logic to preserve final delivery dates.
We thank all applicants for their interest. However, only those qualified individuals who closely meet the qualifications of the position will be contacted. The details of the position are only a summary, other duties may be assigned as necessary.
Background Check and Drug Screen may be required.
