Warehouse Worker
Talascend is currently seeking a Warehouse Worker for a contract opportunity with our client in Etowah, Tennessee.
Overview
An experienced warehouse worker with a strong work ethic and attention to detail. Skilled in inventory management, shipping and receiving, and operating forklifts and other heavy equipment. A team player with a positive attitude, able to handle multiple tasks and prioritize workload in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
- Assist the shipping department with daily tasks
- Maintain a safe, clean, and efficient work environment
- Manage inventory and oversee shipping and receiving activities
- Operate forklifts and other heavy equipment safely and effectively
- Prioritize workload and handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced setting
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum 1 year of experience in warehouse operations
- Experience with inventory management and shipping/receiving
- Ability to operate forklifts and heavy equipment
- Strong attention to detail and reliability
