Material Handler
Talascend is currently seeking a Material Handler for a contract opportunity with our client in Odessa, Texas.
Overview
This role involves handling materials and supporting logistical operations within the facility to ensure efficient workflow and inventory accuracy.
Responsibilities
- Handle and organize materials within the warehouse or storage areas
- Assist in inventory management and stock organization
- Support shipping and receiving activities
- Maintain safety and cleanliness standards in the work environment
- Operate equipment such as forklifts or pallet jacks as needed
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in a warehouse or materials handling role
- Ability to operate warehouse equipment such as forklifts is a plus
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Demonstrated ability to perform the duties of this position through relevant experience, training, or education.
