Talascend is currently seeking an AI Tools Developer for a contract opportunity with our client in Warren, Michigan.
Overview
This role involves creating applications and tools to automate processes and enhance efficiency using systems, including AI, primarily supporting hardware-focused teams with innovative client solutions.
Responsibilities
- Create applications and tools to automate processes or improve operational efficiency using client systems, including AI.
- Observe team workflows to identify opportunities for automation or tool development to increase quality and productivity.
- Collaborate individually or in teams to develop, test, and implement tools/apps.
- Develop project plans, communicate timelines, and provide progress updates.
- Create comprehensive documentation for tools, facilitate deployment, and conduct training or knowledge-sharing sessions.
- Improve existing tools based on team feedback and collaborate on system requests prioritization.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree required.
- 2-4 years of relevant experience.
- Knowledge of Python required.
- Experience creating AI agents and tools required.
- Good project management skills, including handling multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Demonstrated ability to perform the duties of this position through relevant experience, training, or education.
