Warehouse Worker
Talascend is currently seeking a Warehouse Worker for a contract opportunity with our client in Etowah, Tennessee.
Overview
An experienced warehouse worker with a strong work ethic and attention to detail is required. The role involves inventory management, shipping and receiving, and operating forklifts and other heavy equipment. The ideal candidate is a team player with a positive attitude, capable of handling multiple tasks and prioritizing workload in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
- Assist the shipping department with daily tasks
- Maintain a safe, clean, and efficient work environment
- Manage inventory, shipping, and receiving activities
- Operate forklifts and other heavy equipment as needed
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous warehouse experience preferred
- Ability to operate forklifts and heavy equipment
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Good communication and teamwork skills
